Natural Medicine Treatment to Lower Estradiol

At Caring Medical we see and treat many female cancers, PMS, endometriosis, infertility, menstrual irregularities, and other female disorders. Through our comprehensive hormone panel we test for the estrogen quotient in the patient. This measures the three estrogen levels and detects elevated estradiol. In our experience, women suffering from female disorders and female cancers have very high estradiol levels.

Changing ones physiology is key to preventing and curing cancer and other conditions. Once a thorough consultation with a Caring Medical physician has taken place, the woman is generally prescribed supplements and recommended to start the ‘Hauser Diet’.

The action plan is as follows:

Take dysmenorrheal and PMS seriously.

Get under the care of a natural medicine physician.

Do a comprehensive hormone profile at least yearly.

Do not take any synthetic hormone product where the primary active ingredient is estradiol.

If hormones are needed per the natural medicine physician, take estriol, progesterone, testosterone, or DHEA.

Eat according to your metabolic type.

Increase the amount of soy protein in your diet.

Eat plenty of vegetables.

Substantially cut back on the amount of refined carbohydrates consumed.

Take standardized high potency chasteberry nutriceutical.

Add some iodine to your diet or supplement regime.

Consume ground flax seed and cold-pressed flax seed oil.

Exercise as much as possible.

Get on a complete natural medicine program that can include liver detoxification, colon cleansing, amalgam removal, nutrient absorption analysis, and others.
